Achim Krebs

Achim Krebs is a partner at HGF and founder of the company’s The Hague office. He holds a doctorate and diploma in chemistry from the University of Heidelberg, and a degree in patent litigation from the University of Strasbourg. His practice covers a wide range of chemical and pharmaceutical inventions, and he acts for a diverse range of companies, from start-ups to multinationals, and represents clients in opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO. He is a Dutch, Belgian and European patent attorney, a registered European trademark and design attorney, and is listed in the *IAM 1000* and *IAM Strategy 300*. Mr Krebs served as president of the Licensing Executive Society Benelux in 2020/21 and regularly lectures on subjects relating to intellectual property.
