Álvaro Arias has more than ten years of professional experience in intellectual and industrial property.
He specializes in strategy and prosecution of patent applications, utility models, industrial designs at a national and international level, state-of-the-art searches, patentability analysis, freedom-to-operate reports, intellectual assets management policies, and technological surveillance and intelligence reports. Mr. Arias worked at the Patent Office of Peru for one year as an assistant in the technical area of the Inventions and New Technologies Directorate.
