The history of Am Badar & Am Badar started on 2 September 1965. The firm was initially founded by Toetoen Ambadar, SH in September 1965 and the firm is now run by the family’s next generation – namely, Nadia Ambadar, SH, MH, Anisa Ambadar, SH, LLM, Anis Ambadar, SH, Nabila Ambadar, SH, LLM, And Dora Ambadar, SPsi and Ibnu Navis Ambadar, SKom.

All members of the firm are highly qualified and well versed in the subjects of their specialisation. The works of the firms are dealt by professional staffs of IP administration, IP technological experts and IP litigators. The firm comprehends all areas of legal practice with special focus on IP laws and their applications. Am Badar & Am Badar is led by Anisa Ambadar, SH, LLM. She has been registered as an IP consultant at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Indonesia since 2006 and has been practising as an advocate (as a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association) since 2002. Her background in litigation completes her practice as an IP consultant to help clients protect their intellectual creativities.
