Ankush is a lawyer and registered patent agent. He holds dual Master’s degrees in Chemistry (from Rutgers University, USA, and the University of Delhi, India) and a bachelor’s degree in law from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Ankush has substantial experience of over nine years in prosecution of Indian patent applications, contentious patent and design matters, and has rendered assistance on policy matters relating to Intellectual Property. He is well versed with various facets of patent law in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, and other allied life sciences which is what his current practice entails. He is also involved in conducting technical and legal research as well as preparation of feature mapping charts and validity claim charts for litigation matters.
