Daniel Principe joined J.S. Held in March of 2022 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Ocean Tomo. Mr. Principe is a Director in the Intellectual Property Disputes Financial Expert Testimony practice working from the Chicago headquarters of Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held. The practice area quantifies economic damages arising from Intellectual Property disputes and provides general litigation support. Mr. Principe also oversees the Ocean Tomo Industry Analysts, who report on the industry trends and deal activities to share unique insights related to technology and the intellectual property informing business value.

Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Mr. Principe worked as a Wealth Management Intern at First Midwest Bank, where he performed market research and maintained relationships with Wealth Management clients. Mr. Principe holds a B.S. in Finance from the College of Business at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
