Danielle is a Principal in the Chemistry and Life Sciences team.  She has extensive experience as a patent attorney with expertise in patent strategy, protection and enforcement in the Biotech sector.  She has a strong understanding of global patent and regulatory exclusivities (including data and market exclusivities) and has facilitated entry of several biopharmaceuticals (including antibodies), vaccines, diagnostics, cellular therapeutics to market.  She has managed freedom to-operate strategy for several biosimilars up to and including conclusion of BPCIA litigation, settlement, and launch. Responsibilities included FTO evaluation, validity assessment and litigation strategy and support for federal US litigation but also USPTO IPR and EP opposition.
