Dong-Hwan Kim is a senior member of the IP litigation team and has taken a leading role in representing Korean and foreign companies in large-scale litigation concerning patent, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, licensing and internet domain disputes, as well as providing legal advice related to such intellectual property and other matters. He is a graduate of Seoul National University (BS material science, 2000) and the University of Pennsylvania LLM (2013).
