Frank Lu is a partner in Formosa Transnational. He is an attorney at law, as well as a qualified patent agent in Taiwan and the United States. He graduated with an LLM in intellectual property from the University of Washington and with an MS in biochemistry from National Taiwan University. He focuses his practice on IP litigation, IP licensing, the management of corporate IP portfolios and data protection. He has counselled on and handled a wide range of IP enforcement and management matters for many high-tech companies in Taiwan, Japan, the United States and many other countries.
