He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in infringement actions and advises plaintiffs on patent selection in pre-suit due diligence. Beyond litigation, Mr. Beeney’s work includes advising clients on FRAND, patent damages, licensing, monetization, and pool formation and multi-party licensing.
