Jianming Jimmy Hao

Jimmy Hao is chair of the patent practice at Fox Rothschild LLP and cochair of the firm’s pharma and biotech group. A registered patent attorney, he represents companies in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Jimmy has extensive scientific knowledge and a deep understanding of patent, copyright, trademark and trade secrets laws. A graduate of Boston College Law School, he earned an MBA at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a PhD in molecular and cell biology at Columbia University. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Nankai University in Tianjin, China. He also held a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School where he conducted research on oncology, immunology, stem cells and hematopoiesis.
