Managing Director, Econ One

Ms Holt is a managing director in the Washington, DC, office of Econ One, where she testifies at trial in patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, false advertising, class action, antitrust and breach of contract cases. Her testimony focuses on analyses of lost profits, price erosion, determination of reasonable royalties, domestic industry, accounting of defendants’ profits and intellectual property valuation. In addition to her damages testimony, she testifies as a survey and marketing expert and has been providing licensing and survey services for patent and Lanham Act surveys for over two decades. She testifies before federal and state courts, the Court of Federal Claims and the International Trade Commission, as well as in mediation and arbitration matters.
