Michal Hackmey

Michal Hackmey joined as partner in December 2008. From 1999 until joining Reinhold Cohn Group, she was a partner at Luzzatto & Luzzatto and headed their Jerusalem office. From 1984 to 1999 she headed the Jerusalem firm of A.E. Mulford, which she joined in 1979.

Her main fields of practice are pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, chemistry and the food industry, as well as the patent term extension and trademarks areas. Michal is recognised as a leading counsel in various patents and trademark opposition and litigation cases, and she has guided some of Israel’s leading biotech and chemical industries for many years.

Michal served as chairperson of the Israeli Patent Attorneys Association between 1994 and 2013.
