Natalie Kirchhofer

Natalie Kirchhofer is a partner, and a European and German patent attorney at COHAUSZ & FLORACK. She obtained a PhD from the Max-Planck Institute of Biochemistry in Munich, and has particular expertise in European Patent Office pharma opposition proceedings and litigation of chemical and life sciences patents in Germany. Before joining COHAUSZ & FLORACK, she worked for a New York-based law firm, gaining hands-on experience in US patent litigation of life sciences patents. Having passed the United States Patent and Trademark Office Patent bar exam in 2014, she is also familiar with US patent prosecution.
