Paul Ranjard is a partner at Wanhuida Intellectual Property. Mr Ranjard is a French lawyer based in China since 1997. Since that date, he has been representing the French association Union des Fabricants in China for the protection of intellectual property. After the creation of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC) in 2000, he co-chaired its IP Working Group and has been actively involved in the drafting of the EUCCC IP Position Papers and the comments submitted by the chamber concerning drafts of IP legislation.
