Radha Khera

Radha Khera is an intellectual property, media, entertainment and fashion attorney with a decade of legal experience. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and then pursued a master’s degree of law at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, United States where she studied intellectual property and entertainment law including legal issues in the television industry.

She joined Remfry & Sagar in 2012 and has worked extensively with the Firm’s intellectual property practice. Ms Khera is adept at conducting brand audits and due diligence for clients, providing opinions on feasibility of trademark protection in India, and assisting with statutory protection and enforcement. She has strong advisory skills in overall brand strategy and protection. With a flair for writing, Ms Khera assists extensively in writing articles on Indian IP law and procedure and develops content on trending IP subjects. Also a part of the Media team at the firm, she regularly gives presentations and speaks at several conferences. She is the legal researcher at ‘The Thinking Watermill Society’, a non-profit organisation based in Rome, Italy, promoting exchange of ideas regarding changes in the economic, cultural and social landscape and opportunities surrounding the same.
