Rae Daddon is an associate in Blaney McMurtry LLP’s intellectual property and regulatory law group. She graduated with a JD from Queen’s University and holds an HBSc in nutritional sciences from the University of Toronto. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and regulatory law, with an emphasis on health and consumer products. As a former regulatory and quality (RA/QA) consultant, she developed extensive experience in strategic planning, coordination and management of various regulatory and quality projects for pharmaceuticals, medical devices and natural health products. She leverages her RA/QA background to provide her clients with tailored and practical legal advice.
