Sindhu Vijayakrishnan

Ms. Vijayakrishnan’s efforts at GPA address a wide range of biotechnology matters germane to gene therapy, immuno-oncology, and stem cell therapies. Her client support spans FTOs, Invalidity, IP Due Diligence, and patentability searches.

Ms. Vijayakrishnan completed her Masters in Biotechnology at Johns Hopkins University, with dual concentrations in Biotechnology Enterprise and Regulatory Affairs.  Previously she worked in a highly respected Indian Law Firm as a patent professional, where she handled the drafting and prosecution of hundreds of patent applications. She also received a Masters in Biochemistry and a Bachelors in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, India. Ms. Vijayakrishnan is the author of several articles and white papers, and has conducted workshops related to the Indian patent practice.
