Tamar Morag-Sela is a patent attorney and partner, heading the Life Science and Chemistry practice of the Reinhold Cohn Group. Among other things, Tamar is the leading partner dealing with patent protection of technologies in the field of sustainability, foodtech, agrotech, water and soil treatment, plant development and other environmental-related technologies, as well as in drug delivery systems.
Tamar manages the IP portfolios of Israeli and foreign clients, ranging from private entrepreneurs and small start-up companies to large multinational corporations. The services she provides her clients include patent strategy, technology harvesting drafting and prosecution of patent applications internationally, opinions regarding patentability and Freedom-to-Operate (FTO), competitors analysis, white space analysis etc, and general management of IP matters.
