Wei Pan is a partner taking care of part of Unitalen's international patent business. After graduating from the Chinese Academy of Sciences with a PhD in 2005, he worked at a famous law firm for two years and then joined Unitalen in 2007. He passed the US Patent Bar Exam in 2015 after one year's study at Boston University. His expertise covers patent procurement, re-examination, invalidation, freedom-to-operate, patent administrative litigation and patent infringement litigation. With his solid technical and legal background, he has successfully handled a significant number of complicated and difficult patent prosecution and litigation cases, securing his clients’ IP rights in China and abroad in the best way.
