Zhu Zhigang is a partner at Wanhuida Intellectual Property. He is an attorney at law admitted to practice in China since 2007. Mr Zhu has taken a keen interest in researching and analysing frontier IP matters, including parallel imports, fair use, trademark co-existence, infringement liability of online trading platforms, super well-known trademark status and conflicts of rights. Leveraging his profound understanding of the substance of IP law and practice, he has been a lead counsel in a number of landmark cases that have been selected by the Supreme People’s Court as exemplary or gazette cases. He is affiliated to the INTA Enforcement Committee and the MARQUES China team.
