We take heart at the 2021 Diversity Pledge, which has attracted at least 50 signatories – including P&G, Lenovo, Microsoft, Google, Meta Platforms, AT&T and Ericsson. All signatories have committed to collect and analyse data on their innovators, choose a diversification goal, implement solutions and track results.
