A 24-month fellowship training leaders in global obstetrics and gynecology care, education, research, and policy development in resource-poor settings. Fellows conduct clinical and health care service research in low and middle-income countries (currently Rwanda, Tanzania, and Brazil), develop surgical care delivery systems, and gain expertise in public health, policy advocacy, and research management. The program emphasizes maternal health with opportunities in gynecology research and collaboration with surgical and anesthesia fellows.
