The Dartmouth Visiting Student Program (DVSP) is a 4-week clinical rotation for 4th year medical students from underrepresented communities interested in training at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Students participate in clinical rotations across specialties including Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Pediatrics, Surgery, and others, with mentorship from residents and faculty. The program includes a $2,500 expense reimbursement to help cover flights, housing, meals, and application fees, and offers integration into resident didactics, conferences, and networking opportunities.
