La Salud Permanente Latinx Health Elective is a 2-4 week clinical elective designed for Spanish-speaking 4th year medical students and residents (PGY2+) passionate about Latinx health. Participants work with primary care physicians in Kaiser Permanente's integrated healthcare system across Northern California locations (Fresno, Sacramento, San Jose, Santa Rosa), with customizable experiences including community health, research, patient resources, and quality improvement projects. The program prioritizes culturally-sensitive care and welcomes students from underrepresented backgrounds.
