About this opportunity
The Rush Diversity and Inclusion Visiting Scholars Program provides M4 medical students with clinical elective rotations across 15 specialties at Rush University Medical Center, combined with mentorship, networking, and a living stipend. The program is designed for students who have demonstrated commitment to health equity and addressing healthcare disparities in underserved communities. Participants gain clinical experience on the West Side of Chicago while engaging with diversity-focused organizations, attending Grand Rounds and M&M conferences, and meeting with residency program administration.
