This program offers funded visiting resident rotations in pediatric subspecialties (18 options including cardiology, critical care, oncology, and others) at Seattle Children's Hospital for residents in their final year planning to apply to pediatric fellowship in 2026. The program prioritizes applicants with demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, including those from underrepresented backgrounds, first-generation students, those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, or those who attended HBCUs, HSIs, or tribal colleges. Residents are paired with faculty mentors and receive a stipend to cover elective costs, with rolling admissions from December 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026.
