ACAAI's Pathways to Practice (P2P) program provides financial support to allergy/immunology fellowship training programs to address the shortage of practicing allergists. The College will fund up to $125,000 per trainee per year for two years, with four slots offered annually over a five-year period to train 16 new fellowship-trained allergists.
