About this opportunity
The Duke Pediatrics Health Equity and Advocacy Leadership (HEAL) track is designed to equip residents to become leaders in advocacy and health equity to reduce health disparities. The program includes a two-week core content elective followed by a longitudinal curriculum of didactic and small group sessions with protected time for residents to develop a HEAL project over two years.
