The Newman/Allen Family Scholarship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine supports Burrell College students who demonstrate excellence in OMM, honoring 2 second-year students (one from each campus in Melbourne, FL and Las Cruces, NM) who have excelled in this field. The scholarship is supported by Doris Newman, DO, FAAO, and her spouse Sam Allen, and is awarded annually to students committed to enhancing patient care through osteopathic manipulative treatment.
