The Osteopathic Excellence Fund provides scholarships to fourth-year students at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine who were assigned to a Regional Academic Center in New Mexico for core clinical rotations during their third year. The fund is administered by the Coalition for Osteopathic Excellence (COE), a non-profit 501c3 corporation.
