NC Advocacy in Medicine Fellowship — North Carolina Medical Society

A state-wide initiative bridging all five NC medical schools and physician's assistant programs that helps students acquire foundations in state health policy action and advocacy. Upon attending all workshops, students will be awarded a certificate and develop skills to engage with legislators, assess health policy literature, and advocate for healthcare legislation relevant to patients and physicians in North Carolina.
