About this opportunity
The Rural and Underserved Populations to Medicine program, established in 1998, recruits second-year Texas A&M System students from medically underserved areas or rural regions to pursue medicine with guaranteed conditional admission to Texas A&M Vashisht College of Medicine. Students must maintain specific GPA and clinical/community service requirements while completing their baccalaureate degree and preparing for the MCAT.
