About this opportunity
The Kaiser Permanente Fontana Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship provides broad clinical training experiences for fellows across the full spectrum of early, integrated palliative care services. The program includes rotations at inpatient palliative medicine consultations, home-based palliative care, home hospice services, and outpatient clinics, with additional opportunities at City of Hope for cancer pain management and elective rotations in bioethics, global health, and other specialties.
