The Special Master's Program (SMP) in Physiology & Biophysics is a one-year accelerated graduate program designed to strengthen students' credentials for medical school admission. Students study alongside Georgetown School of Medicine M-1 students, receive individualized advising, and participate in clinical skills training and community outreach. More than 85% of SMP graduates are admitted into medical schools across the country.
