Kaiser Permanente's Health Care Career Pathways offers three programs for pre-medical students: Virtual Rounds (January-April 2026) providing exposure to medical specialties through case studies; Shadowing (February-March 2026) offering 20 hours of in-person clinical observation for those who completed Virtual Rounds; and Mentorship (February-October 2026) pairing students with medical professionals for application support and professional development.
