About this opportunity
A 4-week clinical rotation for residents to develop competencies in geriatric care through supervised experiences in ambulatory practice, home visits, geriatric psychiatry, and long-term care settings. Participants will apply the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility) while functioning as learning members of interprofessional healthcare teams.
