International Pain Management Rotation - Department of Anesthesiology — University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine

An international pain management rotation through the Department of Anesthesiology at University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine that provides comprehensive education in multidimensional pain management, including pharmacology, diagnostic testing, neurostimulation, regional anesthesia, and interventional pain techniques. Trainees develop proficiency in invasive pain management procedures such as spinal cord stimulators, intrathecal pumps, epidural injections, and nerve blocks, while also learning multimodal and multidisciplinary approaches to acute, chronic, and cancer-related pain.
