About this opportunity
The Medical Student Research Grant gives medical students the opportunity to gain research experience in medical imaging while they're still in school. Grant recipients will define objectives, develop research skills and test hypotheses, all before choosing a residency program. This experience gives students a chance to consider academic radiology as a future career option. The project must be completed in a radiology, radiation oncology or nuclear medicine department at a North American educational institution with a commitment of at least 8-10 weeks of full-time effort under a scientific advisor.
